Terms of Service

By using CrypTix's platform or services, the Event Host & Attendee acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy. By creating, selling, or purchasing a ticket the user agrees to the following terms:

• Zero Liability: CrypTix shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the user or event host as a result of the use of our platform or services.

• Event Host Responsibilities: The event host is solely responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations, as well as any additional rules and policies set forth by CrypTix.

• Country Specific Differences: The event host is responsible for understanding and complying with any country-specific laws and regulations that may apply to their event. CrypTix shall not be held responsible for any differences in laws or regulations between countries.

• User Accountability: Once the generation of tickets is complete, the user shall be held 100% accountable for their actions and any consequences that may arise from their use of CrypTix's platform or services.

• Compliance with Laws and Regulations: The Attendee agrees to abide by all local laws and regulations, as well as any additional rules and policies set forth by the event host (the "Event Host").

• Prohibited Activities: The Attendee agrees not to engage in any illegal activities, or activities that violate the Event Host's rules and policies, while at the Event.

• Oath of Good Behavior: The Attendee swears to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of other attendees, staff, and property, and to not engage in any behavior that may be deemed disruptive or offensive.

• Release of Liability: The Attendee releases the Event Host from any liability for damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of the Attendee's actions at the Event.

• Compliance with these terms: Attendee agrees to comply with all the terms outlined in this contract.

• Laws and Regulations: Attendees are expected to abide by all local laws and regulations, as well as any additional rules and policies set forth by the event host.

• Prohibited Activities: Attendees are not allowed to engage in any illegal activities or activities that violate the Event Host's rules and policies while at the event.

• Oath of Good Behavior: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of other attendees, staff, and property and not engage in any behavior that may be deemed disruptive or offensive.

• Compliance with the Terms of Contract: Attendees are expected to comply with all the terms outlined in the consent and oath contract

• COVID-19 Safety Measures: Attendees are expected to comply with all the COVID-19 safety measures established by the event host, such as maintaining social distancing, wearing face masks and following any other guidelines that are set in place.

• Respect for the venue and its belongings: Attendees are expected to respect the venue and its belongings, not to damage any furniture or fixtures, not to leave litter behind and not to damage any of the host's assets.

• Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets purchased through CrypTix's platform are non-refundable.

• Liability for Event Host: In the event of a breach of contract or failure to provide the event as advertised, the Event Host is liable to return funds to attendees. In addition, the Event Host is 100% responsible and liable for any complications that may arise with authorities.

• 8. Mediation of Issues: CrypTix is available to mediate any issues that may arise regarding the functions of our platform. However, CrypTix is not liable for any illegal or legal breaches that may occur as a result of the Event Host's actions.

• Compliance with local Laws and Regulations: The Event Host is solely responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations. CrypTix shall not be held responsible for any differences in laws or regulations between countries.

• Fraud and Impersonation: In the event of fraud or impersonation, CrypTix has a team of validators to assure that the tickets hold value in the physical realm.

• Validation Team: CrypTix's validation team will verify the authenticity of the tickets and take appropriate action to prevent fraud or impersonation

• Liability for Fraudulent Tickets: CrypTix shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the user or event host as a result of the use of fraudulent tickets.

• No Unsolicited Contact: CrypTix does not initiate contact with users or event hosts without a valid reason. We do not message first, ask for seed phrases or passwords, or hold bias.

• Secure Communication: CrypTix is committed to maintaining the security and confidentiality of our users' information. We will only contact users or event hosts if it is deemed necessary and with permission.

• No Phishing Attempts: CrypTix does not engage in phishing attempts or any other malicious activity to obtain users' personal information.

• Transparency: CrypTix is committed to maintaining transparency and honesty in all our operations and services. We provide clear and accurate information about our platform and services to our users and event hosts

• No Refunds: CrypTix does not guarantee any refunds from the use of our platform or services. The use of our platform and services is at the user's (Event Host & Attendee) own risk.

• Platform Description: CrypTix is a ticketing platform that specializes in the generation and management of event tickets. We do not engage in any other activities or services.

• Platform Limitations: CrypTix is not responsible for any aspect of the event beyond the generation and management of the tickets. The Event Host is solely responsible for the organization and execution of the event.

• Shut Down of Non-Compliant Hosts: CrypTix reserves the right to shut down any event host who does not comply with our operations rules and regulations. This includes removing them from the server immediately without notice

• Cyber Security: CrypTix takes the security of our platform and users' information seriously and will take necessary measures to prevent and respond to any cyber-attacks.

• Liability of Attacker: All responsibility for any cyber-attacks on CrypTix's platform will be of the attacker and they will be held accountable and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

• Misuse of Service: The user who entraps attendees or misuses CrypTix's platform and services will be subject to disciplinary action, which includes a lifetime ban from using our platform and services.

• Prohibited Activities: CrypTix strictly prohibits the use of our platform and services for any illegal activities. Any user or event host found to be engaging in illegal activities will be subject to disciplinary action, including a lifetime ban from using our platform and services.

• Compliance with these terms: The user and event host acknowledge and agree to comply with all the terms outlined in this contract.
